By playing Steam Powered Mining Co. ("the Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. This page is maintained by the app owner and is not legal advice.

Accounts

You may play as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 to create an account.

Fair play & anti-cheat

Scores, coins, and Brass Coins are validated server-side. Attempts to inflate progress, tamper with the client, exploit bugs, script inputs, or automate gameplay may result in score resets, account suspension, or forfeiture of unredeemed rewards.

Chat & community

Global chat is available to signed-in players and is moderated. Do not post hate speech, harassment, threats, illegal content, personal information, spam, or advertising. A profanity filter is enforced. Moderators may delete messages and ban accounts at their discretion.

In-game purchases

  • Purchases (coin bundles, Steam Portals) are one-time, processed by Stripe, and charged in U.S. dollars.
  • Virtual items have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts.
  • All virtual-goods sales are final. If a purchase fails to deliver, contact us and we'll make it right.
  • You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

Brass Coin rewards

Brass Coins earned through gameplay can be redeemed for real, handcrafted products in the Curator's Shop. Availability, selection, and shipping regions may change without notice. Redemption requires a valid shipping address. Unredeemed Brass Coins may expire if an account is inactive for an extended period or terminated for a violation of these terms.

The Game, artwork, characters (including "Rock, the Master Miner"), and code are © 2026 Steam Powered Mining Co. All rights reserved. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer & liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Game evolves. Continued play after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
